Dr. Jason Klar is a passionate and dedicated practitioner in the field of optometry who strives to make patient-centered care a priority. During his early education he completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia. He then received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. During this time he completed multiple clinical rotations across both diverse and complex vision settings. He received training in therapeutic and ocular disease while also working in both primary care and pediatric internships (e.g., Illinois Eye Institute, Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Providence-Rhode Island, & Mid-Florida

Fatima Bahadoran is one of the partners in Emerald Eye Care Ltd. She is a licensed refracting optician and contact lens fitter in the province of British Columbia and has devoted her passion and skills to her clients. Fatima has worked in the eye care industry for several years and has managed several practices at different locations. She speaks Persian, Filipino, and English. She helps clients meet their needs with passion, love, and knowledge, and guides them with their ophthalmic services needs. Outside of work, Fatima enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel to new places.

Neha Attri is one of the other partners at Emerald Eye Care Ltd. She is a licensed refracting optician and contact lens fitter. She has worked in the eye care industry for numerous years and still continues to expand her knowledge to serve her clients with utmost care. As an optician, she enjoys interacting with patients on a one-on-one basis and is pleased to see their eye care needs met. In addition to English, she is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi which serves her well assisting members of local and overseas communities. In her spare time she enjoys working out and spending
