Dr. Jason Klar is a passionate and dedicated practitioner in the field of optometry who strives to make patient-centered care a priority. During his early education he completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia. He then received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. During this time he completed multiple clinical rotations across both diverse and complex vision settings. He received training in therapeutic and ocular disease while also working in both primary care and pediatric internships (e.g., Illinois Eye Institute, Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Providence-Rhode Island, & Mid-Florida

Fatima Bahadoran is one of the partners in Emerald Eye Care Ltd. She is a licensed refracting optician and contact lens fitter in the province of British Columbia and has devoted her passion and skills to her clients. Fatima has worked in the eye care industry for several years and has managed several practices at different locations. She speaks Persian, Filipino, and English. She helps clients meet their needs with passion, love, and knowledge, and guides them with their ophthalmic services needs. Outside of work, Fatima enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel to new places.

Neha Attri is one of the other partners at Emerald Eye Care Ltd. She is a licensed refracting optician and contact lens fitter. She has worked in the eye care industry for numerous years and still continues to expand her knowledge to serve her clients with utmost care. As an optician, she enjoys interacting with patients on a one-on-one basis and is pleased to see their eye care needs met. In addition to English, she is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi which serves her well assisting members of local and overseas communities. In her spare time she enjoys working out and spending

Elena Perez \"Leina\" is One of our Assistant Managers in our Fairfield Location. She had worked in the banking industry for 14 years, she likely has significant experience and expertise in finance, banking operations, & customer service       Leina has a positive outlook in life. Passionate about what she loves, she provides an excellent customer-service, and loves talking and learning from different people of all walks of life.       Out of the office, Leina is committed to spending quality time at church and motivating other people, and meeting and engaging over coffee. She loves to travel and is a family oriented person.

Arman is our new associate here in Emerald Eye Care. Arman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in retail management, having spent 12 years in Dubai overseeing diverse teams and delivering exceptional customer service. He is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and building positive team dynamics.       Since moving to the island, Arman has been actively exploring its beautiful landscapes and hideaways. Outside of work, he enjoys reading books, discovering new places, and traveling, always eager to immerse himself in different cultures and broaden his horizons. Joshua Juico is one of our new Assistant Manager assigned at our Colwood location. 10 years of experience in customer service, administration, and IT suggests a well-rounded skill set. Here's a brief overview of what his experience might entail in each area: Customer Service: This typically involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience. Skills in this area include communication, problem-solving, and empathy. Administration: This includes managing office tasks, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting various operational functions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are key here. IT: Experience in IT involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing software and
